Gaspump in Taos, New Mexico

Loading ...While driving outside of Taos, New Mexico we passed an old gas station and store. My wife noted that it looked like a neat place so I turned around, pulled in, and grabbed some photos. This turned out to be one of my favorites.

Hi Matt,
Love your work. You won’t believe it, I have photographed those exact same pumps. Also have beautiful shots of them and the old cars in the yard! What makes it interesting, is that I am from South Africa. Lucky for me, my partner plays squash every year in Santa Fe, and I get to go on the beautiful road trip from Santa Fe to Taos!!
I love the way you have cropped this so close. It really works. Also love your barn shot!
