    Hey Matt,

I remember this photo from several of your tutorials. It’s one of my favorite landscape photos of all time. But I’m wondering, what technique/applications/plugins did you use to get this specific result? It doesn’t look quite the same as some of the other results you were getting with HDR tutorials using Photomatix or Photoshop. What do you use for the majority of your HDR series?

    Thanks,
    Derrick

  5. Stunning photo, Matt. Just one nitpick, though it has nothing to do with the photo itself. This is actually known as Moraine Lake, not Lake Moraine.

    Hi Matt,

Awesome photo of Moraine Lake. Hard to imagine that was in June! You should comeback in the area.
I’m pretty sure that the locals where all wearing shorts!

    Cheers,
    GT

    Matt,

I’m a big fan of you. Whatch all of your tutorials in podcasts, in Kelby trainning and have your Layers book . Liked all your pictures but this one is special.
Congractulations and hope some day you and Scott Kelby come to Brazil as instructors at seminars and conferences.
    Thanks and keep teaching us!

Hey neighbor, I’m over in Palm Harbor.
I’m probably talkin to myself here cause you’re probably out traveling the world again.

Do you have a 1600×1200 version (or higher) of this photo (lakemorrainereflection.jpg)? It belongs under Google’s staff picks! :)

  9. Love it!! You found the perfect light for that iconic location and the post-processing is perfectly balanced!
